What kind of place am I booking?
Each of our five suites is a private, fully furnished apartment with its own private entrance — your own space, not a room in a shared house. Two are lakefront in Lapeer; three are in walkable downtown Davison.
What’s included?
Everything you need to feel at home from the moment you arrive: a full kitchen, linens and towels, and all the everyday essentials. Every suite is smoke-free and fully furnished, so you can pack light and settle in immediately.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes — our suites are pet-friendly. Bring their bed and bowls so they feel at home too. (Just let us know when you book.)
Do you allow longer stays?
Absolutely. We welcome weekend getaways, work trips, and extended stays alike. Our TNT Suite in downtown Davison is set up specifically for month-to-month bookings — ideal for business travelers and traveling medical staff.
Lakefront or downtown — which should I choose?
It depends on your trip. Choose Lapeer lakefront for peace, a dock, and kayaks; choose downtown Davison to walk to restaurants and shops. Not sure? Just ask us — or split your stay and enjoy both.
Can I add a private chef?
